  • Strategic Collaboration with American Universities:

My role involved helping productive interactions with visiting delegations from American universities. These interactions covered a diverse array of topics, including the welfare of scholarship students, their educational progress, the status of Saudi universities, and the establishment of direct lines of communication between American and Saudi educational institutions. Unpublished Study on Transition to Fee-Based Attestation Services (2019):

In 2019, I conducted a comprehensive, unpublished study focusing on the critical security and economic aspects of transitioning from the Ministry of Education's provision of free attestation and documentation services for certificates and other documents of expatriates working in the Saudi Arabia or planning to work. to a new sustainable fee-based model. This transition proposal aimed to effectively counter fraudulent practices that posed challenges in the Saudi labor market, a concern that remained relevant Also, the new proposed system would recruit the best worker. Shifting to a fee-based model facilitated the outsourcing of important services since all workers (one million every year) must pay on average one thousand SAR for the third party including another ten million already working in Saudi Arabia. This new proposal not only would significantly prevent fake academic degree certifications in Saudi labor market when implemented, but also would not cost the Saudi government any money.
